Pamela Jean Thiner, age 74 of Rock Rapids, IA died Friday, December 13, 2024 at her residence. Pam’s struggles with her health are now over and she is at peace. She served as Past State Madam President from 2003 – 2004 and North Central Regional President 2019 – 2020. Pam was an Eagle member since February 1980.
